Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated, mission-driven physician:

- licensed in Portugal with at least 3 years of clinical experience as a specialist
- ready to elevate healthcare in Portugal
- based or willing to relocate to Lisbon.

- Build meaningful relationships: Offer longer appointments, same/next-day visits, thorough follow-ups, and consistent care. Prioritize trust, empathy, and transparency in every interaction. 
- Practice Preventive, Lifestyle & Root Cause Medicine: Guide patients toward healthier lives with evidence-based, personalized care that looks beyond symptoms to address the root causes of illness. 
- Use smart tools & team support: Embrace technology and team collaboration to streamline care, freeing you to focus on human connection and clinical excellence. 
- Learn, Grow & Innovate: Continuously evolve your practice with ongoing professional development in personalized and preventive medicine. Be open-minded and committed to improving how care is delivered.

You Should Be:
- 100% Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)
